Drug class: Second-generation Antihistamine

• A new selective histamine H1 receptor and platelet-activating factor antagonist, shown to be an effective and generally well-tolerated treatment for allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria. 

• A suitable first line anti-histamine that is used to improve the symptoms of Allergic rhinitis.

• Safe with a low incidence of side effects and effectively controls persistent allergic rhinitis.

• Used for the management of diseases with allergic inflammatory conditions, such as seasonal and perennial rhinitis and helps improve the nasal and non-nasal symptoms.
