NOZISPRAY NASL SPRAY

A POTENT SPRAY TO SOOTHE THE BLOCKED NOSE

COMPOSITION – Each spray delivers: Fluticasone Furoate 27.5 mcg + Fluticasone Furoate 0.021%w/v + Benzalkonium Chloride Solution IP 0.01% v/v (as preservative) + Phenyl ethyl alcohol USP 0.25% v/v (as preservative)

COMPOSITION

  • An enhanced-affinity trifluorinated glucocorticoid, with potent anti-inflammatory activity and low systemic exposure.
  • Allergic Rhinitis is a common atopic Condition of the Nasal Mucosa Affecting 10-30% Population 
  • Shows high concentrations of the drug with rapid onset of action.
  • Provides excellent topical potency & low potential for systemic effects.
  • Inhibits pro-inflammatory transcription factors and antigen-induced lung eosinophilia.
  • Produces high receptor affinity as compare to mometasone furcate and fluficasons propionate.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

  • 27.5 micrograms per spray actuation in each nostril once a day.
