• Vitamin K2, as a nutrient, is a cofactor in the carboxylation of osteocalcin, which can bind with hydroxyapatite to promote bone mineralization and increase bone strength.

• It protects against bone loss and fractures; can indirectly promote bone mineralization and increase bone strength.
